I was born and raised on the beautiful island of Bermuda. I am the mother of a wonderful son, an accountant, Bible teacher, soon-to-be counselor and lover of Jesus. Over the years, I have struggled with my identity, relationships, motherhood, low self-esteem, overeating, laziness, fear, doubt, a lack of self-control and other issues. God was able to use each struggle to teach me, transform me and demonstrate his love for me. When I understood my identity as his child and the depth of his love for me my life was changed forever. I once was lost, but through God's amazing grace I have been found. His grace has brought me through many dangers, toils and snares, relieved my fears and my hope is secure in his Word. This book tells the story of how God transformed me from a lost girl to a woman pursuing him above all. Psalm 63:1 has become my declaration, You, God, are my God, earnestly I seek you; I thirst for you, my whole being longs for you, in a dry and parched land where there is no water. I hope this book is a source of wisdom and encouragement for anyone who finds themselves lost. May you discover and accept the gift of God's amazing grace, and choose to pursue him above all.
