Biographie:
Prof. Wei-Yan Pan Prof. Pan is a professor at China Research Institute of Radiowave Propagation. He was once a visiting scholar at Harvard University from 1983 to 1985 and from June to December in 1993, where he was guided by Prof. Tai Tsun Wu. In the past 50 years, Prof. Pan has published over 100 papers (over 20 are international ones) in radio propagations of ELF/SLF/VLF/LF electromagnetic waves.
