Résumé :
The Warrior Workbook: A Guide for Conquering Your Worry Monster will teach children how to overcome anxiety and fear, and to defeat the Worry Monster. It will show them how to create their very own toolbox, filled with different strategies for fighting off and controlling the Worry Monster. The Workbook helps children realize that they have control over their experiences. This book helps children build confidence, and teaches them how to achieve their goals while boosting motivation. The exercises and conversations in this book will help you build a healthy dialogue with your child, one that examines life's challenges in ways that support increased self-awareness, a deeper understanding of the world, and relationships with others. All of these things are essential components of emotional intelligence, and promote success now and in the future.
