Biographie:
Debbie Lazinsky is a certified Life and Weight Coach and an ACE-certified Health Coach & Personal Trainer who is dedicated to helping busy women create a realistic healthy lifestyle for themselves and their families. She spent 27 years rising through the corporate ranks while allowing her health to deteriorate in the process. At 320 pounds and faced with a recommendation for bariatric surgery, she decided to apply her years of corporate training and skills to her biggest challenge, her weight. Debbie was successful in losing 185 pounds without the use of drugs or surgery and has maintained the weight-loss ever since. This earned her a spot among the two percent of people who lose more than 30 pounds and keep it off. She?s been featured on numerous local and national TV shows, and in newspapers and magazines, including the January 2014 issue of People magazine as someone who had lost more than half her body weight through natural means. Debbie teaches her method to private clients all over the world and also in small groups. She is a sought-after wellness speaker and corporate wellness advisor, as well as a passionate traveler and a great cook. Debbie lives on Long Island in New York.
