Biographie: Stanislovas Staras, Dr. Habil, is a professor emeritus in the Department of Electronic Systems at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University. Romanas Martavicius, Dr. Habil, is a professor and Head of the Department of Electronic Systems at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University. Julius Skudutis, Dr. Habil, is a professor in the Department of Computer Engineering at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University. Vytautas Urbanavicius, PhD, is a professor in the Department of Electronic Systems at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University. Vladislavas Daskevicius, PhD, is an associate professor in the Department of Computer Engineering at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University.
