Luscious is a collection of over 60 recipes covering 25 years of food I fed my family. To Vermont author Kate Laud, family dinners are the foundation of the day and they deserve to be documented in an artfully photographed cookbook. Luscious spans the spectrum from comfort food to birthday cakes to holiday traditions. Whether borrowed from friends or tested through trial and error, the recipes all were awarded praise by Kate's household. Recipe and front cover photo art by Oliver Parini. Biographie:
Kate Laud lives in Shelburne, Vermont with her Bernese Mountain Dog, Winnie, Nell, the cat, and various grown millennial children. She spent her career in banking and finance, but has always enjoyed food, entertaining and experimenting in the kitchen.
