Biographie:
Patricia Wells has lived in France since 1980 and is a restaurant critic for the International Herald Tribune. She is the author of five best-selling books including "The Food Lover's Guide to Paris", "Bistro Cooking" and "Patricia Wells'Trattoria". She and Walter divide their time between Paris and Provence, where Patricia opens her home to guests for week-long cooking sessions. Robert Fréson has worked as a photojournalist for over thirty years, freelancing for such magazines as "Vogue", Esquire" and "National Geographic". His first book, "The Taste of France", is a best-selling winner of several awards, including the Prix Littéraire des Relais Gourmands.
