Biographie:

Born in Texas, Sam Hawken now lives in Washington DC. His first book, The Dead Women of Ju?rez, also set on the US / Mexico border, was shortlisted for the 2011 Crime Writers Association New Blood Dagger, a prize for the best debut crime novel of the year.
