Biographie:
Robert Poyton is a professional musician and martial arts Instructor. Originally from East London, he now lives in rural Bedfordshire.
He has produced an extensive range of martial art training films and had many articles published.
As well as books on martial arts, he writes fiction, most notably ghost and horror stories
