Aor cannot examine the 'same with sufficient dispatch} or if by-reason of sickne -v - d th?'should be incapable of discharging the'duties of his office, in such cases it sliz ?33352; igjbe lawful, for him to appoint one _or more persons of 'good repute and skill in tl {point 'assist_ quality of Flour, to assist him in the execution of his office: such assistants ha' Sign mm ing taken the oath or affirmation prescribed by the before recited act, shall be at thorised to inspect and brand Flour in the same manner as the Inspector hints: might do; Provided, that the. Said Inspector shall be liable for all misconduct inc diet: of his said deputies, and for costs in case of appeal as aforesaid. IV. And be itfu'rtizer enacted, That if any master, owner or commander of at ship, vessel, boat or craft, shall receive any barrel or barrels of Flour on board 11 ship; vessel, boat or craft, for eitportation or'transportation from'one town or p01 i'penalty org; being a place of inspection, to another, which is not inspected, approved and brani dollars11 ed, as in the said act is'drrected, shall-forfeit and pay the sum of five'dollars for ear {inspected ?our and every cash so received, recoverable man action of debt before any jurisdictit having cognizance thereof, to the,use of the per-son suing, for the same. ?olgsrees ?f Vf {1nd be further enacted, That the several degrees of Flour shall in futu be distinguished as follows, to wit Superfine, Fine, cross-middling, Middlir and ship-stuff. F f VI. Find be itfar't/ier enacted, That any cask of Flour which has'been'inspectc and branded at any one place of inspection in 'this State, shall not be subject'to,r examination or inspection in another, iinless after such inspection it shall have r mained for the space ofisixty days before it is-exportedo; and in all cases, the cert 'ficate ofthe Inspector shall be conclusive evidence of the time whenthe Flour w inspected.
