Présentation Sisters Storm Format Broché
- Livre Littérature Générale
Résumé :
Sara and Sally are not your average young women of the early twentieth century. They are as feisty and independent as their mother, U.S. Marshal Sue Storm, the only female in the Marshal Service. They follow in her footsteps, using their wits, and sometimes a gun, to befriend and protect the innocent. As Storm sisters, they both use their skills to befriend the weak and helpless, as well as the strong and powerful. Male detractors should be wary. They find to their dismay that tangling with any of the Storm women is tantamount to tangling with a tigress-you're likely to get badly mauled.
Biographie:
Glen W. Christen has always been interested in history, reading many biographies covering the last two centuries, as well as other material. The background and settings of his books are a combination of pure imagination and fact. Research provided many details of the country and history of the time, which have been woven into his plots. Christen has lived his entire life in Iowa and has enjoyed placing some of the settings in actual locations in the state. He has disguised some towns under fictional names, leaving the reader free to discover the real location. Sisters Storm is the second book of the Marshals Storm series.
