Biographie:
Ray DiZazzo is an author, speaker and communication consultant. The Clarity Factor is DiZazzo's seventh book. He has appeared on radio and television and taught communication skills to corporate managers in the U.S. and abroad. Of his work DiZazzo says, I get no greater satisfaction than from making people aware of the amazing positive impact verbal clarity can have on their lives.
