Présentation The Friendly Game Master Format Broché
- Livre Littérature Générale
Résumé :
Have you ever wanted to host your own Dungeons and Dragons game, but just don't know where to start? I've been there, and I wrote this book for you. I learned to run games the hard way, by paying for and reading a bunch of books and running game after game every weekend for a few years. I wrote this book to save you all that time and money by compiling all of the best advice and everything you really need to know. I wrote this book to be the guide I wish I had years ago. Not only will you feel comfortable that you actually know what you are doing, your friends will talk about your epic stories for years to come!
Biographie:
Travis' story begins with a lifelong abusive relationship with math and science. He took to the unfortunate habit of doing Chemical Engineering and graduated with a degree from Kansas State in 2009. In college he discovered his love of D&D and other table top games and began dreaming of his first book: The Friendly Game Master. Since he had learned to run games all on his own with no guidance, he wanted to create the instructional manual he wish he had from the beginning. However, he wouldn't get a chance to write it for several years because the worst possible thing happened, he got a job. Engineering was a harsh mistress and it brought him to the desolate wastes of Wichita, Kansas. He survived, but at a terrible cost to his mind and soul. To reclaim his life he moved to the redwoods of Northern California to teach Tae Kwon Do and write books. Feel free to check in on him breaking boards and kicking stuff @ sunyisarcata.com. Check out his other books and latest projects at friendlygm.com and follow him on Facebook and Twitter. (facebook.com/friendly gm + @TheFriendlyGM) Oh yeah, he writes a webcomic too!
