Author: JUDITH BRAY LLM is a qualified barrister and Senior Lecturer in Law at Buckingham University. She also lectures for the Open University and is an experienced author whose other titles include Key Cases: Land Law and Unlocking Land Law, both published by Hodder Education. Series editors: CHRIS TURNER LLM is a qualified barrister and a Senior Lecturer in Law at Wolverhampton University. He is an experienced author and is also series editor for Key Cases and Unlocking the Law. JACQUELINE MARTIN LLM has ten years' experience as a practising barrister and is an experienced author.
