Biographie:
Alex Newson joined the Design Museum as Senior Curator in 2009. He has curated numerous exhibitions including Designs of the Year, a retrospective on the German designer Dieter Rams, and a project to curate and reinstall the Design Museum's permanent collection, making it available to the public for the first time in over five years. Other notable exhibitions include Designed to Win and The Future is Here: A New Industrial Revolution. Before joining the Design Museum, Newson previously worked at the National Trust, the Ashmolean Museum and Sir John Soane's Museum. He was also the curator of BT's heritage department.
