It's 1943, and the British and American intelligence agencies meet in Washington, DC. They can't kill Hitler. God knows they tried, so they come up with Chameleon Bravo, a long-shot contrivance. Unbeknown to the Allies, Stalin's security forces inadvertently locate a peasant girl who is the spitting image of Hitler's girlfriend, Eva Braun.
