Letters by the Post, relating to News Papers or Advertisements, without first paying the Postage. And if after this publick Notice any such unpaid Letters are sent him, the Persons who send them are desired to take Notice, that the Postage will be charged in their Accounts, or otherwise demanded Of them Also, those Persons whose Accounts are Of above 12 Months standing unpaid, must expect to have the Charge Of Postage to pay on the Letters that will be sent them to demand the Money.
