Sommaire: War Dog Drustan Seta spent his life fighting cryptids out of myths and legends. What that got him was PTSD, huge gaps in his memory, and an addiction to pain pills. When his only friend Frank goes missing, he believes that finding him might pull him out of his downward spiral. Instead, he gets sucked into a war between two factions bent on bringing back the old Gods and the magic they make possible. If either side prevails, it will mean the end of the world. And Dru just found a family, so the end of the world isn't high on his list of things to allow. War Dog will appeal to Contemporary Fantasy readers who love the rich complexity of world mythologies, fast-paced plots, and subverted tropes. Readers looking for characters who simply are LGBTQIA +, physically challenged, or otherwise not part of the able-bodied, white, heteronormative masses will enjoy the diversity of the characters.
