Biographie:
Hello, there! I'm your regular small-town girl with wide-eyed dreams, and stories to tell. I always found myself in awe of the poets and writers mentioned in my school textbooks who managed to leave an impact on my mind with their poems and stories. The way their words stayed with me, made me wonder about the power words hold when used in the right manner. And I've always had a lot to say. So, here I am now, trying to convey the stories that I've experienced, witnessed or heard of in my little multi-coloured life, hoping they could become someone's voice, someone's strength, or at least make someone feel seen. Because I know how much I've needed that....

I imagine being 'lovelorn' in shades of purple to bluish hues- reminiscent of bruises, because that's how it feels. One isn't hurt to the point where it's bleeding physically, but you are hurt. You don't feel chosen or loved, but it is okay. With time, you learn to choose yourself and rise above it. This book dives into those moments of reflections, dilemma, anxiety, despair, rage, defeat, acceptance, strength and eventual resilience with which you pick yourself up, do not settle for less and move on. It so happens that it takes strength in walking away from anything that seemed really promising, but it doesn't make you happy anymore. There is always hope for the better....
