Présentation Private Equity Mastery de Foye, Robert Format Broché
- Livre Économie
Résumé :
Robert Foye, a veteran operator, investor, and advisor, draws on three decades of frontline experience to reveal how private equity really works-beyond the jargon, myths, and marketing. With clarity and precision, he breaks down the mechanics, incentives, and cultural dynamics that define the industry and determine outcomes for everyone involved. In Private Equity Mastery, Foye takes readers inside the deal flow-from fund formation and acquisitions to portfolio management and exits-offering a rare insider's perspective on how value is truly created (and sometimes destroyed). His approach blends technical insight with practical, real-world lessons drawn from decades of operating, leading, and advising in public and PE-backed companies. Readers will learn how to: ? Decode the economic and psychological forces that drive PE decision-making ? Succeed as an executive under PE ownership and maintain credibility with investors ? Evaluate private equity investments with clear understanding of fees, risk, and return ? Protect their interests in negotiations, deals, and exits Clear, pragmatic, and deeply informed, Private Equity Mastery transforms one of the world's most powerful but misunderstood industries into actionable knowledge-giving readers the tools to not just understand private equity, but to win in it....
