She has supported startups, small and medium-sized companies, and multinational corporations in their evolution. She is a previous chair and active European Organisation Design Forum member. Her work is value-driven, participative, appreciative, and solution- and resource-focused. Elvira is a passionate promoter of the work and company evolution approach. As the founder of the Go Beyond Project, together with SolutionSurfers?, she has created an internationally accredited course and trained hundreds of work evolutionists.
