Richman 11 has online and offline modes, as well as support for multiple controllers. All the rules could be established based on the players' ideas, and they may design either free play or challenge play. The only person who is not bankrupt or has the most financial assets wins the game. Players roll dice to determine where they can go on the map and how much money they can earn by investing in real estate, stocks, or playing cards.

Features:

• Free Play - the players can freely determine the price increase days, playtime, player number, group play, and other parameters. All players start with an identical amount of starting cash, deposit, and cards.

• Challenge Play - brand-new mode. Landlords are posing challenges to players. There are 3 types of challenges: simple, typical, and difficult to choose for each landlord. To obtain their unique accomplishments, players must prevail over them in a variety of stages.

• Classic Maps - were initially released in 1989, and continue the legacy of their predecessors by using tiles to connect small and large properties, banks, lotteries, stores, news outlets, and magic houses. The best approach to making money is by investing in tiny properties. In addition, players must watch out for the moves of NPCs and other players.

• Brawl Maps - the paths in this mode are different from traditional maps - maps in Brawl Mode are more complex, you can use missiles to strike rivals on the road or put mines at strategic locations.

• Mechanics - it is a unique map tile with various effects on different maps. When it is active, it may alter the path of a road, switch on or off banks and stores, and even skew the position of mines and bombs.
