        Swati Sharma is an accomplished academician, researcher, and innovator, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Dr. D.Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune, within the Dr. D.Y. Patil School of Science & Technology. She has a strong academic foundation, having completed her B.Sc. in Chemistry (Honors) in 2012 and M.Sc. in Applied Chemistry in 2014, both from the University of Delhi, India. Dr. Sharma went on to earn her Ph.D. in Applied Chemistry with a specialization in Polymer Chemistry from the Institute of Science, Banaras Hindu University, India, in 2019.

        A notable achievement in her career, Dr. Sharma qualified the CSIR/UGC NET exam with an All-India Rank (AIR) of 14 and excelled in the GATE examination in Chemistry. Following her Ph.D., she undertook a prestigious two-year postdoctoral research position at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay), further advancing her expertise in the field.

        Dr. Sharma's research interests primarily focus on polymer synthesis, polymer composites, hydrogel nanocomposite, and the diverse applications of polymers in various fields. She has contributed significantly to her field, publishing 37 research papers, all indexed in Scopus and SCI, in reputable international journals and national conferences. Additionally, she holds 25 copyrights, underscoring her innovative contributions to polymer chemistry.

        As a dedicated researcher and academician, Dr. Sharma actively contributes to the academic community as a reviewer for several national and international journals and conferences. She is also the coordinator of the Research and Development (R&D) Cell and serves as the IEEE Student Branch Counsellor at the institute level, fostering innovation and research collaboration among students and faculty.

        Dr. Swati Sharma is a proud member of prestigious professional organizations, including IEEE, the International Association of Engineers (IAENG), and the Internet Society. Her unwavering commitment to advancing the fields of polymer chemistry and materials science, coupled with her passion for mentoring the next generation of innovators, has cemented her reputation as a leading academic and researcher. Through her ground-breaking work, she continues to inspire and drive progress in the ever-evolving domain of applied chemistry and polymer science.

        Manisha S. Bhende is an esteemed innovator, researcher, and academician, currently serving as the Professor and Director In charge at Dr. D.Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Dr. D.Y. Patil School of Science and Technology. She has a robust academic background, having completed her bachelor's degree in computer engineering from the Government College of Engineering, Amravati, India, and her Master's (M.E.) in 2007 and Ph.D. in 2017, both in Computer Engineering from the University of Pune.

        Dr. Bhende's research interests are diverse and include cutting-edge fields such as the Internet of Things (IoT), wireless networks, network security, cloud computing, data science, machine learning, and data analytics. Her academic contributions are remarkable, with over 78 research papers and book chapters published in prestigious international and national conferences and journals. Her innovative work has also earned her four patents and 30 copyrights.

        An accomplished author and editor, Dr. Bhende has authored and edited four books published by prominent publishers, including Taylor and Francis (CRC Press), Scrivener Wiley, and IGI Global. As an expert in her fields, she regularly delivers talks on various topics such as wireless communication, wireless sensor networks, cyber security, embedded systems, IoT, data science, real-time operating systems, intellectual property rights (IPR), and innovation.
