Materials based on nanoparticles are proven to have better biological, chemical, and physical characteristics than traditional ones. As a result, nanoparticles are added to dental materials in an effort to improve their varied qualities and achieve consistent clinical results. Research has indicated that the dental materials that are based on endodontic uses of nanotechnology and positively connected with modification of NiTi rotary devices surface, enhanced root canal system disinfection, three-dimensional obturation, dentinal/pulp tissue healing, and renewal with the ultimate objective of a consistent result every time, which will enhance the dental health-related quality of life through a nanoscale investigation of available resources.
