This book represents a whole variety of thoughts that vary from spiritual to serious to obvious to funny. There is no intention to change or influence anyone's thinking or view of the world. Some of the ideas or thoughts may represent simple things that may be overlooked during people's busy lives. Because of my own limited attention span, this book is especially geared towards people like me who can't sit still for extended periods of time. There is little fluff, filler or drawn-out explanations. I can easily be read at bedtime or during layovers at the airport. Hopefully, people of all ages will discover something that touches and inspires them....

Biographie:
I was born in the Bronx to the two most amazing parents ever. Anyone who knows them would say the same. I have one cool brother, Mark, who lives in Tampa with his family.After attending public schools in the Bronx through Bronx H.S. of Science, I went to SUNY at Albany and then New York Medical College. My Residency in Pediatrics was at Long Island Jewish Hospital, and my Fellowship in Allergy was at the University of California in Irvine. I practiced Pediatrics/Allergy in Sarasota, Florida, for 38 1/2 years and still consider myself a Healer.For many years, I coached a variety of sports, including Division I Soccer, High School Football, and Little League Baseball. I enjoy Bicycling, Long Walks with Apollo (my dog) and on Lido Beach to collect shells to create my Mandalas, Photography, Live Music (especially Paper Lady), Board Games, and playing mediocre Golf. I like eating out at excellent, not overpriced, Restaurants and will Travel anywhere anytime and have been to 6 continents with an eye on Antarctica in the future. I love and appreciate my Family, Friends, and Former Patients. I also love to laugh loud and often....
