She is also a proud military spouse of a U.S. Army veteran, a mother, and a grandmother. She believes joy is not something that comes from outside us, but is an innate, powerful force that we can nurture within. In addition to her writing, Beth is a yoga and mindfulness teacher, and the proud owner of a yoga studio, holistic health campus, and wellness training academy.
