Biographie:
Eric Lamarre leads McKinsey Digital in North America, based in Boston. He is a civil and oceanographic engineer by training and worked in research at MIT on water waves and underwater acoustics before joining McKinsey. At the Firm, Eric serves clients across a range of industries on large-scale digital and AI transformations, accompanying senior leadership teams to help them build companies that can outperform with technology. Eric has led the development of McKinseys Digital s Shareholders Council, the firms Board of Directors. He also serves on the board of the Montreal Heart Institute Foundation. He is Canadian, married and has two wonderful daughters. Kate Smaje is the global co-leader of McKinsey Digital and a member of McKinseys Shareholders Council, the Firms board of directors. A history major at heart, and by way of investment banking, Kate has spent the past 20+ years at McKinsey working with B2C companies. She partners across geographies and sectors to harness the power of technology and AI through marrying it with the human change required to leap forward and gain competitive advantage. She has first-hand experience as a chief technology officer and a self-proclaimed geeky interest in technology innovation, continuous learning, and developing people. She is also a passionate long-term trustee of Tommys, the London-based childrens charity. Rodney W.
