At the same time for the systematic organization of this process the huge experience, which was accumulated in the organization and successful implementation of extremely effective and successful projects in the period of introduction of innovations that appeared before the so-called smart technologies and smart products, is used.The level of competition in this period was very high and it served as an impetus for the creation of methods and systems for the creation of products and technologies possessing world novelty....
