Jennifer expresses the emotions and feelings of Secondary PTS in her poetry as she navigates loving him, the pain that came with it, and his death. Dr. Jennifer Smith is passionate about transforming experiences along the journey of life into lessons for growth. She serves others in their pursuit of growth as a trauma informed grief coach, a relationship coach, writer, and spiritual healer. Jennifer is a military combat veteran, gold star spouse (military widow), running her coaching firm Dangerous Leader Group from Iowa where she lives with her family, two dogs and a cat who rules them all....
