Présentation Quantum Plasma Format Relié
- Livre Littérature Générale
Résumé : This book highlights the fascinating and rapidly evolving field of quantum plasma, where quantum physics meets plasma physics. Characterized by collective quantum behavior and complex interactions, quantum plasma plays a crucial role in understanding astrophysics, fusion research, and high-energy physics. Unlike existing works, which focus narrowly on specific approaches or research, this book offers a comprehensive guide to both introductory concepts and advanced topics. It fills a significant gap by integrating diverse subfields, addressing the growing demand for a unified resource in this interdisciplinary area. Designed for students, researchers, and professionals, the book provides an invaluable reference for exploring the intricate interplay between quantum mechanics and plasma physics, showcasing its applications and future potential.
Biographie:
Dr. Punit Kumar, an Associate Professor of Physics at the University of Lucknow, specializes in Plasma Physics. With over 25 years of theoretical research experience, he has significantly contributed to fields like Free-Electron Lasers, Laser-Plasma Interaction, and Quantum Plasma. His work spans ion-channel guiding, wakefield acceleration, harmonic generation, and parametric instabilities. Dr. Kumar collaborates internationally, including with Russian teams on PIC simulations for gamma-ray generation and German groups on quantum plasma. He is pioneering studies on turbulence using quantum electrodynamics and introducing a mixed Kappa distribution for Fermion-Boson systems. A prolific author with 12 books and 200+ articles, he excels in Plasma Physics. He has received 24 awards and leads cutting-edge research in quantum and semiconductor plasmas....
