Her subject matter ranges from gray to pitch black, while each of her female characters is strong in a different way. Whether that be physically, mentally, or emotionally. Because Sybil is all about female empowerment and badassery. Writing helps Sybil process a lot of what she sees in her day job, as a secret agent. Not really. That would be cool, though. But she has seen the darkest parts of human nature and the effects of trauma. Sybil doesn't have any kids-her characters are trouble enough. And she's married to her book boyfriends because they do it better. When she's not writing, Sybil is obsessed with talking all things true crime with her two besties....
