It places particular emphasis on their application to the design and operation of optical instruments. It covers essential concepts such as reflection, refraction and Snell-Descartes laws, enabling us to understand the behavior of light rays in different media. In addition, it explores optical systems in detail, including thin lenses, spherical mirrors and diaphragms.
