Most coaching supervision training focuses on the fundamentals of supervision and the application in an individual context - but what else do we need to know if we are engaging in group coaching supervision? This book introduces a new six-stage model of group evolution, taking the reader through the life-cycle of supervision groups: from how to put groups together, how to support group members' development (at individual, collective and systemic levels), right through to how to manage group endings and dissolution in a generative way. While written with the developing group coaching supervisor in mind, the book embraces the collaborative nature of supervision and considers the supervisee perspective in every chapter.
