With a career spanning executive leadership, startup acceleration, economic development, and healthcare, Jeff brings a powerful mix of global business acumen and local impact.As a former Senior Vice President at Acxiom, Jeff led operations across five continents, scaling business units in technology and data-driven industries. Today, he serves as Managing Director of the Conductor and Innovation Junkie, where he equips entrepreneurs, executives, and organizations to innovate, grow revenue, and lead transformational change.He's also Co-Founder and General Partner of Cadron Capital Partners, an early-stage investment firm, and a faculty member in the College of Business at the University of Central Arkansas.
