Carlee is co-founder and Director of Communications for Minorities in Shark Sciences (MISS), an organisation promoting diversity and inclusivity in shark sciences. She is passionate about marine biology and loves everything about the ocean! Carlee previously wrote Sharks (A Day in the Life) and Green Sea Turtle (Young Zoologist) for Neon Squid. Carlee is the author of Ocean Explorer.
Hannah Abbo is a self-taught illustrator from the UK, currently living and working in Lisbon, Portugal. She lives with her partner and child, and their (slightly) overweight cat. When she's not drawing she loves making ceramics in a local studio, visiting the botanical gardens and baking bread.
