He has developed specialized software and hardware tools, and custom communication protocols for investigating cellular connectivity anomalies, and has vast experience teaching computer science and software engineering at many level. Matt is a member of the Scientific Working Group on Digital Evidence.? He offers consulting services to help companies customize and maximize the performance of their cellular IoT devices.
