Sanjay Kumar Shukla is Associate Professor and Program Leader of the Discipline of Civil Engineering at the School of Engineering, Edith Cowan University, Australia. Peter To is Lecturer in Civil Engineering at James Cook University, Australia. Braja M. Das was Dean of the College of Engineering and Computer Science at California State University, Sacramento, USA.
