Dieser Band bietet eine korpuslinguistische Untersuchung und Beschreibung aller zw?lf Interpunktionszeichen des Deutschen. Dabei wurden die genauen Fragestellungen f?r die jeweiligen Zeichen angepasst - die Anpassung kann durch einen neuen, ver?nderten Forschungsstand oder durch das jeweilige Zeichen selbst begr?ndet sein. Die meisten Interpunktionszeichen werden in Zeitungskorpora beschrieben, wobei es immer zun?chst um eine Bestandsaufnahme geht. Diese wird sowohl formal beschrieben als auch funktional gedeutet. Im Allgemeinen wird der Annahme Bredels gefolgt, dass Interpunktionszeichen eindeutig, konsistent und diskret seien. Die Funktion des jeweiligen Interpunktionszeichens muss also so beschrieben werden, dass dies erf?llt ist. Damit wird ein n?chster Schritt f?r die Interpunktionsforschung beschrieben...
