Sommaire: Alvin Oh has a PhD (Education) from the University of Hull, UK and a Doctorate in Leadership and Management (honoris causa) from the London Business School, University of London. He is a practicing Certified Management Consultant and Academic Fellow with the International Council of Management Consulting Institute and Adjunct Associate Faculty at NTU, SUSS-IAL, and Duke. He is the Founder of MindPowered? Coaching based on neuroscience research and received the National Covid Resilience Award for operational excellence during the COVID-19 pandemic from the Ministry of Health, Singapore. Associate Professor Oh is a Behavorial Psychologist with Certified Human Behavorial Analyst credentials from the Leadership Institute of America. He is an accredited ICF Executive Coach, Coach Educator, and Adult Educator Mentor at SUSS-IAL.
