Heather Rogers Ivey's debut collection of poetry. These poems chronicle her journey through various health diagnoses. She touches on topics such as depression, anxiety, Endometriosis, disability, judgment, insecurities, migraines, POTS, loss of hope, and just trying to make it through the day....
Biographie:
Heather was raised in a small town in Colorado and has spent the last fifteen years in the suburbs of Denver. She's been diagnosed with Hashimoto's Disease, Endometriosis, May-Thurner Syndrome, Nutcracker Syndrome, POTS, and Congenital Malformation of the Peripheral Vascular System, So basically she has a degree in struggling with illness, disability, pain, and how detrimental all of it can have on your mental health. Aside from writing, Heather enjoys listening to records, drawing in Procreate, getting crafty with her Cricut, and reading a good book with her cat Duchess in her lap....
