A devoted people watcher fascinated with human behavior, Smith has always been driven to more deeply understand how we all work together, play together, and exist together.Smith began working as a communications specialist in the utility software business in 1994 when he joined Central Service Association in Tupelo, Mississippi. He later moved into marketing and eventually accepted the role of Chief Business Development Officer for the company in 2009. In the summer of 2022, Smith embarked on a new journey. Utilizing his experience, industry knowledge, personal connections, and love of the public utility industry, Smith created RWSmith Education, Training, and Consulting (RWSmith ETC, LLC).
