Résumé :
From family drama, to being trapped in a tower for months on end, to rising a monster. Set in a dystopian world, when sixteen-year-old Naveh Flores is physically assaulted by his mother, Miranda Flores, a chain of horrific events unfold. What was once the private turmoil of a dysfunctional family soon involves countless other individuals, who are eventually trapped and abandoned in a tall, circular tower by the malevolent Mr. Punning that wants nothing to do with them. Realising the only way out is to climb the spiral staircase travelling around the tower, Naveh and everyone embark on a quest to escape, encountering perilous obstacles along the way and confronting their own personal dilemmas. Little did they know that they were in the presence of a colossal monster the whole time, and Naveh is about to awaken that monster. The return to the outside world has never been more dangerous....

Ethan Knight, from Kent, UK, was diagnosed with autism as a teenager. Encouraged by his brother, the author of *The Secrets of My Spectrum*, Ethan wrote *The PDA Effect* to help others understand Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) better. He has a passion for medieval British history and weightlifting, both of which support his mental well-being. Through his writing, Ethan aims to raise awareness that PDA is not a behavioral issue...
