    • Résumé :
      Social Justice through story

The story of Neelamala is a good testimony to her efforts to teach social justice, in which the emphasis is on the female protagonist and the education of girls.Neela Mala's story writer, Azh. Valliappa, is a well-known writer, poet and magazine editor. It is the need of the hour that the story of Neela Mala and the story of the author should reach the Tamil Diaspora children living in America. Through the book American Tamil students will be able to know about Tamil language and Tamil culture. If the information given in the sixteen chapters of this book is discussed with the present day life of the students, it is possible to improve the language skills of the students and increase their proficiency in Tamil.
