>I could not put this book down. Mr. Randall's characters are very real and relatable, and his scenery descriptions are like imagining a well-done painting. The blending of history was fun, and the author melded it nicely and, at times, scarily into the story. It was well worth your time to retreat from our modern-day worries and experience another period in American and European history.
