In 2076, the United States is fractured and divided into four quadrants, each ruled by influential leaders. Jay Mauritius, a seasoned cop in the Washington Quadrant, struggles with PTSD while trying to maintain order in a world teetering on chaos. As the nation prepares for its Tricentennial celebration, Jay's life takes an unexpected turn when he encounters Saar, a cyborg soldier designed to be the perfect weapon.

But when Saar experiences a mysterious glitch, both he and Jay are thrust into a dangerous game of survival. Pursued by the relentless General Greeley, who sees Saar as government property, Jay must confront his trauma and decide whether to trust the cyborg or remain loyal to the system that created it.
