Lori Mercer is the wife of a firefighter, mother of 4, and a long-time career woman. After 22 years of corporate leadership in technical roles, product marketing, and business strategy development, she chose to step away in order to serve an under reached audience. She found a new challenge, and a new mission: to create, inspire, and make change for the good. That mission has led her into heartfelt service of firefighters and their families.
As founder of the non-profit 24-7 COMMITMENT, Lori Mercer has helped thousands of firefighter families thrive in the sometimes thrilling, sometimes challenging world of firefighting.
With the support of her firefighter husband, Dan, the mission of 24-7 COMMITMENT is to grow safe, encouraging communities and to be a resource specifically for marriage and family of first responders.
