Jerry G. Banks is the Principal and Founder of Jerry Banks Group, headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska. With a career that spans decades, Jerry has managed $2 billion in real estate transactions, including apartments, retail spaces, warehouses, and development properties across the United States. He also leads JBG Services, Inc., offering real estate consulting to clients like the University of Nebraska, Mutual of Omaha, and several high-net-worth families. Prior to founding Jerry Banks Group in 2016, Jerry was a partner in NewStreet Properties, LLC, where he managed over $1.5 billion in transactions, including 8,000 apartment units and 2 million square feet of industrial property. He was inducted into the Nebraska Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame in 2016. Jerry's entrepreneurial ventures extend beyond real estate. He has owned thirteen pizza franchises, a residential real estate company, a bar, an advertising agency, and a small property management firm. He knows the grit and grind it takes to build a small business. A proud single father and grandfather, Jerry raised two daughters and relishes spending time with his seven grandchildren. He enjoys the outdoors, art projects, ATV's, hiking, collecting contemporary art, traveling, and spending time with family and friends at his second home in Scottsdale, Arizona.
