Whilst Detective Harris and Detective Damote are on a stake out to gather evidence on a perpetrator who has been assaulting young women, a freak event leads to a DNA match on the most notorious sex offender the world has ever seen and this sets alarm bells ringing across every possible law enforcement agency.
