Being alone in that hospital room facing an illness that is life threatening with no family/friend support due to the 2020 Pandemic/Covid-19 protocols reminded me that Jesus was my strength when I am weak. Focusing on my problem solver versus my problem changed my situation from what could have been the end of my story to being a brand-new story of living life with purpose. Jesus was all I had, and all I needed. When I called upon his name, he did not hide his face from me. He sent his angels to encamp all around me, which provided me with a peace that still wow's me to this day. Facing a health scare that many have lost their lives from can be terrifying. The peace God gave me during this time is unforgettable. Jesus truly is a way-maker, a promise keeper, and a light in the darkness. Come walk in God's favor with me and leave encouraged knowing great is His mercy towards us. Learn that God is gentle at heart and promises his presence if we diligently seek him.
