Lee Wind writes the books that would have changed his life as a young Gay Jewish kid--and he's always looking for ways to be a better ally! Researching Eleanor Roosevelt for his nonfiction No Way, They Were Gay? inspired Lee so much that it sparked the idea for this picture book.
